I am so frustrated. I just wasted half an hour of my time giving these people feedback about washing machines only to be told that I didn't qualify AFTER taking the survey.

I am not sure how they get away with this, but I do not appreciate wasting that much time and not being compensated for it. They should place the qualifications questions at the beginning. I feel that they do this so that they can get the info that they want without having to pay anyone. I did this through Swagbucks and sent an e-mail to them, but I'm not sure that they can do anything.

I will be very leery of completing a survey for them in the future. They're an absolutely terrible company.
